Counting The Days

Woo, found out the roommate is moving in August or so he says, since he won't be able to afford to live here as he doesn't plan on getting a job. More alone time for me, us! I told my boyfriend I would give him some money if he wouldn't try to find another roommate. LOL So, we shall see how that goes. Damn 1300 mortgage payments anyways, especially when the value of the house has dropped 60k+ with this shit-tastic market.
