I'm Back!

Overall the weekend was great. I got to do something I had never done before, because I'm a pansy when it comes to big amounts of water and that is going out and catching crabs. Pun intended.

I didn't think I would like it too well, since I don't like harming any living creature - but surprisingly I didn't get all emotional over it. I'm sure if it was a furry animal, I would have been upset and not been a part of it. All I really did was hook up the chicken legs as bait. Guess, everyone loves chicken!

The weather was miserable as all hell, since it was showering most of the morning/afternoon and I ended up getting soaked and it's not pleasant when you're wearing jeans. But, the hot tub was surely nice after that tiring and wet day.

After we came back to the cabin, we got all warmed up, changed and decided to go check out some views of the pacific ocean in Coos Bay. As you can see, the weather was craptacular as one would expect in the Northwest, especially this time of year. But, it was fun and was nice to get out of town. However, the 4 and half hour drive, both ways was not fun. LOL
