Cute Salute Sailor Costume for Halloween!

Since Halloween is creeping up fast. What better time than to talk about my new Cute Salute Sailor costume I scored from Eden Fantasys. I was for sure this one wouldn't be available, because all the main online reviewers snag the new and popular stuff quick.

This Cute Salute Sailor comes with an adjustable hem line dress, an anchor medallion and flashy sequins on the cups and straps. The straps are also big enough that you can wear a bra underneath this if needed without having the fear of it showing. The sequins on the chest area, leading to the armpit are kind of annoying, since your arm rubs on it - causing it to scratch you.

When you leave the hem line down, it reminds me of a night gown or a dress. But, when you tighten the hem, it looks like a bathing suit to me, since the material of the dress is that of what you would use for a swimsuit. And since the skirt has ruffles on this dress to add to the cute factor, you could pair this with leggings if you're not comfortable showing that much leg or ass. If you're worried about this fitting you or needed to up or down the size, don't worry - it's true to size and has a lot of stretch and give.

The costume also comes with a pair of white gloves, that have an adorable navy blue bow on the wrist. I have big hands, and these gloves fit perfectly. And it wouldn't be a navy costume without a hat, so you'll be happy to know that it comes with the outfit as well! It has an anchor, which is detailed in sequins as well. The hat however did not fit on my head, but I suppose you're just supposed to sit it on top anyways. I just have the fear of it falling off, since nothing is really holding it there. Which leaves me bobby pinning it to my hair on the sides. But then it looks silly, cause you can see the bobby pins.

Overall, this outfit is cute and the quality is great. But, I won't be wearing it this year for Halloween.

Thanks to Eden Fantasys for allowing me to review this item for free.
