When Cat's Attack - That Time of the Month!

I'm beginning to think my cat has a weird obsession with my boyfriend or she's a blood thirsty vampire who has vengeance against me when aunt flow is in town. I think she sees this as a threat to "her man" so to speak. So, she will attack me for no apparent reason. This is not a little love bite either, she draws blood and it swells! Am I odd to think this is occurring because of aunt flow? This is the only logical reasoning, since it always happens at that time of the month!

As you can see, she is fierce and totally bad-ass when it comes to keeping people and animals in check. I just wish it wasn't me, the one who adores her so. She's practically my hairy baby.

Does anyone else have any experience with this, or am I the only crazy one with a crazy ass cat to boot!?
